Burgess Hill Girls pupil Mirabelle Hogan has won the Performance Platform’s Pre-Vocational National Classical Ballet Competition at the Royal College of Music in London.

On Wednesday 15th March, at Sussex independent school Burgess Hill Girls, carers across Sussex were treated to a day of pampering.

Burgess Hill Girls student Regina Suddahazai Khan, who has played country cricket for Sussex girls’ teams since she was eleven, made her debut for Italy at the European Cricket Network’s (ECN) first ever women’s T10 tournament held at the Europa Sports Complex in Gibraltar.

Burgess Hill Girls pupils Heidi Robbins and Darcey Weaver finished first and second in the 70cm class Eventers Challenge at Coombelands on Sunday February 26th, qualifying for the National School Equestrian Association Eventers Challenge Championships at Hickstead in May.

The Year 7 and 8 choir at ​Burgess Hill Girls has made it through to the National Finals of the Girls’ Schools Association’s Choir of the Year competition, following the success of the School’s Prep School choir who will compete this month in the final of Barnado’s National Choral Competition.

Burgess Hill Girls is celebrating a record year for Oxbridge applications with over twenty percent of the Upper Sixth applying and over ten percent of the year receiving offers for 2023 entry.
