It was another very successful year for Churcher’s College at the Godalming Festival in 2019 with students winning prizes in almost every category including 17 pupils achieving 1st place and three trophies.
On Tuesday 19th March the Churcher’s College U15 Boys hockey team became national hockey champions after beating Whitgift at the Independent Schools Hockey Cup National Finals in Birmingham.
This term, ten sixth form students have been taking part in an LTA Level 1 Tennis Coaching course, going into local schools to teach tennis to younger pupils.
Sixth Form Churcher’s College drama student Kirsty Foreman has successfully beaten off fierce competition from across the UK to win a role in the National Youth Music Theatre (NYMT) summer production.
England Counties U18 team manager Dave Penberthy has named the squad to face Ireland in a two-match tour in April – and it will include Churcher’s College student Tom Bloomer.
