18 year old St Swithun’s student Pernille Faye has gained a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music. She will study Classical Composition under the tutorage of an established composer and undertake theory and aural lessons to improve her musicianship and support her composing.

Students from St Swithun’s school, Winchester, have been celebrating their recent success in the Education Perfect Languages Championships 2021. Following a week of intense competition, St Swithun’s was awarded first place for UK schools and ranked an impressive 58th worldwide.

Twelve-year-old Chloe Johnson, a student at St Swithun’s school in Winchester, has finished seventh in the world at the annual Education Perfect Northern Championships. Her remarkable score of 15,501 points also earned her a prestigious elite award.
