Talbot Heath school marked the centenary of the end of the First World War with a living history day for pupils and staff.

Pocklington School welcomed former student Nicholas Pollard, Group Chief Executive of Cory Riverside Energy, to its latest Careers & Business Network event recently, where he spoke of his diverse career since leaving the school in 1976.

Students, staff, families, Old Eleans and friends of King’s Ely came together in Ely Cathedral to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War.

Every Autumn term, the Maths Department at Hazlegrove Prep School puts the normal programme of maths lessons on hold for just one week and have an enormous amount of fun exploring the maths behind an unusual topic. This term the focus was ‘Maths Down on the Farm’.

Brentwood School super scout Jack Elsworth is busy raising much-needed funds for the trip of a lifetime to the 2019 Australian Jamboree where he will represent both Essex Scouts and the United Kingdom.
