As pupils received their GCSE grades today, Burgess Hill Girls Head Liz Laybourn is keen to set pupils’ academic achievements in the wider context of their personal progress.

​Cranleigh School is pleased to report outstanding GCSE results, with 28% of all grades a 9 and 53% of all grades being 9/8. 99 per cent of students gained five or more GCSEs graded 9-4 and 64% of all pupils achieved 9-7 in the core subjects of Maths and English.

​After another unique year for exam-aged students, Millfield’s Upper Sixth embark on exciting journeys, in academia, sport, music and the arts, in the UK and overseas.

​A Level students from Gordon’s have recorded an outstanding set of results, in which all passed three or more A Levels with over 58% achieving A*-A grades, well over the national average. BTEC students are also celebrating after securing an average grade of distinction.
