Year 11 girls at St Swithun’s, Winchester are celebrating excellent GCSE exam results with a clutch of top grades across a broad and demanding curriculum.
Nervous excitement buzzed around Leighton Park this morning as the Year 11s arrived to find out their GCSE results. Many found themselves awake unaccustomedly early but quickly shook off their summer-time routines at the sight of delighted teachers and friends.
This is the first year since 2019 that externally assessed GCSEs have been held, and it has been a year of signal success for Priory students and tutors.
