Churcher’s College Junior hold team-building afternoon for Year 3

‘Teamwork is Cool’ was the main message at Churcher’s College Junior School Team Building Afternoon on Friday 7th September. The children made a very positive start to their year in Class 3 and enjoyed a variety of team activities including orienteering, a team assault course and problem-solving challenges. They were then joined by their parents for delicious cakes and tea – always a highlight! 

Mr Forbes (Head of Sport and Outdoor Learning at CCJS), who organised the activities, said: ‘The main point of the event was to build friendships between the children and parents as they join the Junior School.’ All in all it was a great opportunity for children, staff and parents to get to know each other and build friendships which will see them through their time at CCJS.
