Churcher’s College pupil celebrates World Children’s Day with UNICEF

Churcher's College Junior School Year 6 pupil Lottie Cooper has been taking part in various Unicef videos as part of World Children's Day.

Filming this campaign was inspirational for Lottie. She spent time with Helen Hasse and Marta Sala Font, Unicef's communication team and learnt about the important work Unicef workers and medics do in order to provide vital medicine and healthcare to children all over the globe.

Nikki Cooper, Lottie's mum said: ‘Lottie has made TV commercials and radio voice overs before but she was really excited about this campaign as it was largely unscripted and the children on the set got to be in charge for the day. The focus for Unicef's campaign this year is the idea that all children have a voice, so these lighthearted commercials are designed to remind viewers that no matter how young, children have voices and opinions and we all need to make a stand to support children less fortunate all over the world.‘
