Magical trip to China for Llandovery College pupils

Llandovery College Prep School pupils had the adventure of a lifetime on their recent exchange trip to China. Building on relationships forged over the last two years, they attended two schools in Chengdu, China. The children were fully immersed in lessons and had a great deal of fun having a go at calligraphy, martial arts and paper-cutting. They also visited the amazing and ancient Dujiangyan irrigation system but the highlight of their week-long trip had to be their trip to the panda zoo. Sampling the food was also a great experience with the local hotpot a particular favourite! The children are now looking forward to welcoming Chinese pupils back to Llandovery College later in the year.
