Mill Hill to host an Independent School Caterers’ Forum
Posted on 21st Mar 2022 in School News, EventsMill Hill have generously offered their facilities as an opportunity for Catering Managers, Bursars, Assistant Bursars (and indeed anyone with an interest in the trends and future of Independent School Catering) to come together for a chance to network and understand more.
Key speakers will cover topics surrounding sustainability, addressing considerations about the role of catering in supporting carbon impact goals. Industry experts will talk about innovations and trends when it comes to mindful eating and supporting changing pupil diets, as well as addressing the need for understanding supply chain transparency.
As well as sustainability, because it is on everyone’s mind at the moment, food inflation updates and insight will be presented. Any legislative changes will also be covered and there will be ample opportunity to ask questions regarding the challenges and themes currently faced by Independent School Caterers.
Hosted by Mill Hill School and with the support of food procurement experts, allmanhall and the ISBA, it's an excellent opportunity for networking and educational training.
The event is free of charge and will take place on 22nd April. Please register here if interested: http://eepurl.com/hVked1
