Record Breaking Scholarship Year for Feltonfleet Pupils

Feltonfleet is proud to celebrate an outstanding year of senior school scholarship achievements, with a record-breaking 32 scholarships awarded to our Year 8 pupils and an additional five to Year 6 pupils. This marks an exceptional milestone, with over 50% of Year 8 pupils securing scholarships across 14 prestigious independent senior schools in nine different disciplines, including Academic (11 awards), Sport (15 awards), Music (3 awards), and Design & Engineering (1 award).

Feltonfleet has a long-standing tradition of scholarship success, with one in three Year 8 pupils, on average, earning scholarships in recognition of their talents. Our bespoke scholarship programme, which begins in Year 6, nurtures independent learning and provides rigorous preparation—not just for the scholarship process but for long-term success at senior school.

Headmistress Shelley Lance expressed immense pride in the pupils&  achievements, stating: "We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all our scholarship candidates this year, including those who narrowly missed out. The maturity, determination, and talent each pupil demonstrated throughout the process is truly commendable. The entire Feltonfleet community is incredibly proud of you all."
