Other historic accolades include the choir being chosen by Opera North to be used to audition all prospective conductors for their Children’s Choir, because of their experience in being conducted regularly and singing in several parts, from a young age.
Headteacher at The Froebelian School, Mrs Catherine Dodds, added: “The whole school community is incredibly proud of Mrs Cockshott and the choir for their success in being chosen to sing with Aled Jones. We are looking forward to watching their performance.”
