Which School? 2018 is now available

We are very pleased to announce the publication of the 2018 edition of Which School? – the printed guidebook that partners this website.

It is the 93rd edition of this prestigious guidebook, which was first published in 1924.

Which School? features details of more than 1,800 independent schools across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with profiles of more than 100 schools.

We also include up-to-date information on examinations and qualifications and independent school associations, and present a number of informative articles to help families choose the right school for their children.

The foreword to this year's guide is written by Barnaby Lenon, chair of the Independent Schools Council (ISC). 

The information on schools is replicated on this website, where online features such as an embedded video and social media links are added.
