Llandovery College’s rich tradition of producing top class rugby players continues apace. No less than six past pupils have been selected to play for Wales in the upcoming 2018 Nat West Six Nations Rugby Championship.
Mina Cook has been selected to represent Wales in the 2018 European Karate Federation’s Junior, Cadet and U21s Karate Championship in Sochi Russia next month.

Saturday 4 November marked the inauguration of Llandovery College’s 170-year anniversary celebrations and it could not have been a more spectacular launch.
Llandovery College is celebrating a record breaking year of A Level results with a substantial increase on last year with A*-C grades hitting 82% breaking all previous records at the College.
Six Llandovery College pupils recently attended a presentation at Buckingham Palace where they received their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards from celebrity presenter, Tim Rhys-Evans of Only Men Aloud fame.
