At North Bridge House (NBH), we pride ourselves on our impressive results and academically non-selective co-education, challenging and inspiring pupils throughout every stage of their school career. With specialist expertise at the Early Years Foundation Stage all the way through to A Level, we are on a constant journey of getting to know every learner as a unique individual, helping them to find and realise their true academic and personal potential.

Celebrating results well above the national average, the Nursery and Pre-Prep School develops the fundamental skills upon which pupils' future successes are built. The nurturing environment combined with a broad and forward-thinking curriculum allows children to develop a genuine love of learning while benefiting from a truly individualised provision; with 7+ preparation embedded into the curriculum, pupils have the option to automatically progress to NBH Prep School or to another of the UK's highly competitive Prep schools. As well as specialist teaching in French, Italian, music and sport, progress-enhancing initiatives such as Philosophy for Children and Forest School promote children's all-important social and emotional development.

NBH Prep School excellently prepares happy, confident pupils for entry to the UK's leading senior schools - often with prestigious scholarship places. Pupils are taught entirely by subject specialists from Year 5, benefiting from an outstanding academic and co-curricular offering that encompasses everything from Philosophy, Politics and Economics to the Arts. Celebrating top results in the various 11+ and 13+ senior school entrance tests while providing highly sought-after entry to our own senior school campuses, we individually prepare pupils for the school best suited to their talents and interests - bespoke preparation for every path to success.

Preparing pupils for university and the world of work with unrivalled UCAS and careers support, our 'Excellent' (Independent Schools Inspectorate, 2023) Senior Schools in Hampstead and Islington continue to build on their highly successful track records. Students progress to top Russell Group and Oxbridge destinations, as well as renowned Arts and overseas institutions. Our expert teaching teams harness research into teen development and learning patterns to further understand and maximise pupils' potential. For example, using evidence-based research, we have implemented a later (midweek) start time for teens, which reflects current findings regarding the teenage brain and sleeping patterns, and continue to work with the Institute of Education on developing metacognition in students.

PE is essential to our school group's offering and our prime north London location sees students benefit from the best facilities for track and field, outdoor adventure, and water sports. From Bushcraft to the DofE Award, there is also a busy schedule of enrichment activities and school trips, all centred around our aim to cultivate character and promote wellbeing. This, together with the school's outstanding pastoral support, sees our students leave as articulate, confident, determined young people, proud to be themselves.
