Nestled in the Norwich Golden Triangle, Notre Dame Prep is a hidden gem where children are happy and supported in their learning. Catering for children aged 2–11, our Nursery and main school welcome children from all backgrounds and faiths – or indeed none at all. Our school prides itself on feeling like family and our Catholic ethos fully supports this. With small class sizes, our teachers and support staff really get to know the children and families in our school community, and children (and parents) form close friendships as they grow through the years.
Our school curriculum, designed to build skills and creativity, embraces modern teaching methods to foster a warm and supportive learning environment. Our academic results are excellent, but this doesn't tell you everything about our school. Our children are also artists, musicians, historians and athletes, and we are committed to delivering expert teaching across all of these curriculum areas. Our after-school clubs let students dive further into their hobbies and interests after the bell rings.
Families at Notre Dame Prep can feel good knowing our dedicated staff truly care about helping every child grow academically, socially and emotionally. You can see this commitment in our school motto: 'Ahead in education, a heart in community.'
At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to pastoral care. At Notre Dame Prep, our holistic approach gives our children a safe and nurturing foundation, allowing them to focus on what matters most. Our primary goal is for our children to be happy, caring individuals who are engaged in their learning. This promotes the academic progress and success which we see so clearly as our children transition to high school as confident, well-rounded young people.
