When the pupils of Churcher’s College Junior School & Nursery read about the fundraising campaign to get local boy Thomas a special needs trike, they were very keen to help another child have fun with his sister.
Churcher’s College has been supporting United World Schools' Mude school in Nepal through various fundraising activities – now totally an amazing £10,403 raised for the charity!
After the huge success of Miss Saigon two years ago, Churcher’s College have taken on the equally daunting challenge of Boublil & Schönberg’s best known musical, Les Misérables.
Year 6 visited London as part of their Citizenship curriculum. The children visited the Houses of Parliament and were treated to a detailed tour of the House of Lords and the House of Commons.
Last term Churcher’s College undertook a number of activities and initiatives in relation to the commemoration of the centenary of the end of WW1, much of which involved raising money for the Royal British Legion.
